Dollies Tribe, founded by proud Bundjalung women Savannah, 15, and her mother Maryanne, believes that “Aboriginality is not defined by the colour of our skin, hair, or eyes. It lives deep within our hearts and souls and is passed down from generations that came before us.” Through their dolls, they aim to celebrate the diversity of First Nations peoples and promote appreciation for their culture.

What do you love about your store?
We absolutely adore how the community has embraced Savannah's business. When they realise that she is the real-life "Dollie," all grown up, they are so excited to meet her! We also take great pride in our store's presentation and inclusivity, ensuring that all First Nations peoples feel welcome and can fall in love with our Jarjumdollies.
Tell us about your store?
Our store is all about celebrating the diversity of First Nations peoples through our beautiful dolls. We want every little girl and boy to feel noticed, valued and appreciated, and our dolls help to achieve that.
What are 3 words that describe you, and your store
If we had to choose just three words to describe ourselves and our store, we would say ‘loving’, ‘caring’, and ‘beautiful’. And our dolls are just too beautiful for words!
What are customers wanting right now?
Right now, customers are loving our Tillie Dollie – she’s pink, and the most popular by far! But we always strive to create dollies that speak to every kind of person and celebrate the diversity of First Nations peoples.
What are some of your favourite moments running Dollies Tribe?
One of our favourite moments running Dollies Tribe is seeing the videos that our customers share on Instagram. It's so heartwarming to see the joy and excitement on children's faces when they open their gift boxes. We're grateful to be able to bring a little bit of happiness into their lives!
