Sale is in-store & online, excludes all wrap. Discount codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Online sales are exclusive to our website and are not available in-store unless specifically stated.

Our team are excited to prepare your order and will do their best to get it into the post as soon as possible, however during sale times there may be some delays. Please allow for some delays in processing and delivery and please allow extra patience for the amazing posties who are working super hard this time of year.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Please choose carefully, all purchases made within this sale are considered final and we cannot offer any return or exchange options for sale items if you change your mind. We aren’t able to add the discount retrospectively and ask that you check your order thoroughly prior to checking out to avoid any disappointment. Due to the fast-paced nature of our sales we may be unable to cancel, update or modify your order once placed. Please keep this in mind when checking out to ensure all items are included, discount is applied, and shipping details are correct. If a sale item is unavailable your item will be substituted (for something extremely similar) or we will cancel the item in your order.

Customer Service Policy

Honest Paper endeavours to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Collection time frames is up to 3 business days for Click and Collect at your nominated Stockland Center and between 3-10 business day for home delivery. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
