Shipping Policy
Our orders are posted via Australia Post, Aramex and Allied Express. After the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery times are as follows.
Standard delivery times
NSW Metro Up to 2 business days
Country Up to 5 business days
Interstate Metro Up to 3-6 business days
Country Differs depending on location
Free Delivery Terms
Free delivery on orders of $150 or over.
Exclusions
The standard free delivery offers on orders over $150 does not apply to bulky items, which are items such as furniture, lamps, wall art, mirrors, cushions, and similar large or heavy products. These items are classified as bulky items and will be subject to varying delivery rates depending on the size, weight and delivery location.
For orders that include bulky items, the shipping fees associated with these items will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process. These fees are based on factors such as the size, weight, destination, and shipping method chosen for the bulky items.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Refunds or returns will NOT be offered for change of mind reasons. If you do change your mind, we are happy to provide a credit note or offer an exchange at any of our physical stores. The item must be returned to one of our stores found at the Habitania website

If you have received your order and it is faulty, or damaged after it has been delivered to you, please take photos clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as within 3 business days of receiving your delivery so we can assess it. Details of the faulty item/s should be sent to: online@habitania.com.au
The type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances. We will work collaboratively with you to find an outcome that you're happy with. For example we may arrange to:

Replace the product (subject to availability)

Arrange for the product to be returned to us
Customer Service Policy
Habitania endeavours to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Collection time frames is up to 3 business days for Click and Collect at your nominated Stockland Center and between 3-10 business day for home delivery. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
