Delivery & Returns
We will happily give you your money back if you have tried our product and are not completely happy. All you need to do is return the product(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will provide your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order and you have to arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you’ll receive your refund. Only returned items will be approved for a refund. To initiate a return, simply email us at orders@justicehair.com. All you need is your order number and the email used when the order was placed and our team will reply with detailed instructions on how to return your item for a refund.
