We normally Send within one business day of payment clearing we will generally contact you if there is delays beyond this.
An email will be sent to you when you place your order confirming all details of your order that you have inputed including delivery adress details and products you have purchased.
An Secondary email will be sent to you when we have created a postage label for you order which will include a link to your order and the tracking details.
FREE POSTAGE is standard on all orders over $75 within Australia
Standard Postage which includes tracking with Signature to ensure you get your delivery - By Using Postage with a Signature this will help protect yourself from missing deliveries.

No responsibility will be taken if item is lost after posting that have a confirmed delivery from either Australia Post or the Courier companies that we use. As we are not the transport company, we cannot be held responsible once a product has been delivered to your nominated location.
Please ensure your correct posting details are on your order to ensure accuracy of your delivery. In the event that your have left out details or entered incorrectly on your delivery or have not collected your order and it is returned to us there is a return delivery charge from our transport company which is between $10-$15 this will be deducted and the initial cost of for us to send to you will be deducted from any refund that may be given.
For Tracking Information
Tracking will be sent to you from Both us and our trasnsport suppliers which are Sendle, Courier Please and Aramex or Australia Post upon us desptaching your item. This tracking information can be found in your order emails.
Please check your email for your tracking information we have found people using gmail accounts that this may go to your spam folder. The tracking info will appear once we have posted and despatched your item.
Our website is integrated with Australia Post and Sendle so it picks up your address as listed on your order/account - it will also appear in your account for future reference.
Please ensure the correct posting details are on your account to ensure accuracy of your delivery.
We use a mixture of Couriers and Australia Post, dependent on your location - this is automated based on costs to keep our Sale Prices as low as possible.
We except returns of products that are unopneed and unused up to 30 days from date of Purchase,
The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returns.
In the case of an incorrect item being senf please send a photo of what you have recieved and we will endeavour to correct this asap.
Issues for incorrect products being sent need to be made within 7 days of recieveing your order.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Change of Mind

1. Customers should consider and choose Products carefully before ordering and buying, as a submitted Order creates a binding agreement between the Customer and Retailer

2. As Stockland is not the seller of any products and is only acting as agent for the Retailers, Stockland does not:
a. provide a satisfaction guarantee on any products you buy through the Stockland Marketplace; or
b. offer returns, replacements or refunds if you change your mind about a product (Change of Mind Returns).

3. Some Retailers may accept Change of Mind Returns. In order to determine whether a Retailer offers Change of Mind Returns in respect of a particular product, you will need to contact the relevant Retailer.

ACL Consumer Guarantees

4. As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of certain statutory rights pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law in respect of goods or services you purchase from a Retailer via the Stockland Marketplace (ACL Statutory Guarantees). This means that you may have a right pursuant to the ACL Statutory Guarantees in certain circumstances to return a product for a repair, replacement or refund.

Making a request for a refund, replacement, repair or return

5. Any request for a refund, replacement, repair or return can be made through one of the following processes:
a. if you have created an account on the Stockland Marketplace (Stockland Marketplace Account), you can submit a request by:
i. logging into your Stockland Marketplace Account;
ii. clicking My Account, then viewing your Purchase History;
iii. selecting Return Items; and
iv. following the prompts to complete and submit the request; or
b. if you do not have a Stockland Marketplace Account, you can submit a request form here.

6. To assist with processing of your request, please include the following information in the request:
a. your name and email address so that Stockland can contact you about your request;
b. details of the product, proof of purchase (for example, your order number, invoice number or receipt) and the name of the Retailer you purchased the product from;
c. a description of the reason you are seeking a repair, refund or replacement for the product; and
d. if you believe there is an issue with the product, evidence of the issue (e.g. photographs of any damage, defects or faults).

7. When you have submitted your request (whether through your Stockland Marketplace Account or by submitting a return / refund request form), Stockland will review the request within 5 business days.

8. If your request has been accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return the product, including the product return drop off location. Typically, you will be asked to return the product to the same Retailer at the same store location from which you collected the product.

9. If you are not able to drop off your returned product in store, Stockland will provide you with instructions on how and where you can post the product. You will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the product to the Retailer (i.e. delivery and postage costs), unless it is confirmed that the product failed to comply with an ACL Statutory Guarantee.

10. In the case of refunds, once the product is returned to the Retailer and the return has been processed, Stockland will initiate the refund on behalf of the Retailer, and you will receive a refund of the purchase amount within 14 business days.

Customer Service Policy

Itz All About Hair endeavours to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Collection time frames is up to 3 business days for Click and Collect at your nominated Stockland Center and between 3-10 business day for home delivery. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
