REFUND POLICY
At Sage Collective we want everyone to be happy with their purchases! However, we understand that shopping doesn't always go to plan, so these simple steps and tips are here to help. By processing your payment and completing your order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an online store credit.
We do not offer refunds for returns, instead we issue a credit note.
We do not refund for change of mind.
We do not offer exchange, credit notes or refunds on sale items including Black Friday / Cyber Monday and Boxing Day sales
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping is covered and paid for by the customer.
Items must be received in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, tags still attached. In the rare instance that an item is not received in its original condition, the item will be Returned to Sender.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@sagecollective.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on sale items or clearance items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the online store credit code we give you. Return Postage is at the cost of the buyer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Credit notes are only to be used for our online store, not our retail stores.
