We aren’t able to add the discount retrospectively and ask that you check your order thoroughly prior to checking out to avoid any disappointment. Due to the fast-paced nature of our sales we may be unable to cancel, update or modify your order once placed. Please keep this in mind when checking out to ensure all items are included, discount is applied, and shipping details are correct. If a sale item is unavailable your item will be substituted (for something extremely similar) or we will cancel the item in your order.

Honest Paper endeavours to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Collection time frames is up to 3 business days for Click and Collect at your nominated Stockland Center and between 3-10 business day for home delivery. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
