On Sunday 7 July (or any day, really), we celebrate the sweetest of holidays: World Chocolate Day! So, whether you’re a fan of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, or all of the above (no judgement here), this is the perfect excuse to indulge.
At Stockland Marketplace, we’re thrilled to join in the celebration by sharing a deliciously decadent recipe that’s sure to satisfy your chocolate cravings – our rocky road recipe. Made with marshmallows, rainbow jellies, caramels, and more.
So go ahead, grab your apron, and get ready to whip up a simple yet scrumptious recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped Hershey Organic Milk Chocolate
- 1 cup chopped Kelly's Rainbow Jellies
- 1 cup chopped Jersey Caramel
- 1 cup chopped Strawberry and Cream Boxed Marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped Kelly's Crunchy Roasted Golden Macadamia Brittle
- 1/2 cup golden syrup
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon Aussie Citrus Salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
Method:
- Line a baking tray with baking paper
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-seond increments, stirring between each interval
- Add the golden syrup and stir until combined
- Add the butter and stir until smooth
- Add the rainbow jellies, caramel, marshmallows, brittle, and coconut, and stir until everything is well coated
- Pout onto the baking tray and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
